Yes on the “Own the build” model. You receive full ownership of the commissioned code once the agreed project payments are complete.

What is covered by monthly care?

Hosting, domain routing, routine maintenance and keeping the deployed system operational. Any major new feature is scoped separately before work starts.

How do interest-free installments work?

The one-time build total can be divided across the selected term. The configurator shows the estimated first payment before checkout.
